Orders are now being taken for the regional DI tournament t-shirt. If you, your team, parents, and/or team managers wish to purchase t-shirts, please complete this form and return with a purchase order, school district check, or money order payable to East Texas CPSO to the address listed above. (No personal checks, please.)

T-shirts are available in adult sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL, and XXXL and youth sizes M and L. Cost is $10.00 per shirt (adults S, M, L, XL, and youth M and L) and $11.00 per shirt (XXL, XXXL). There will be some t-shirts available (first come, first served) at the competition, but prices will be higher. Pre-paid shirts may be picked up the day of the competition. PLEASE PRE-ORDER TO SAVE MONEY!!!!!
